peeps, but we both exit the train at Ayer and I frequently give him a
ride home as my girls have dance practice directly across the street
from his house. The last few times he has invited me in for
drinks/chat while I wait for the girls' class to end. The following
conversation took place yesterday as JM boarded the train:
JM: "Hey Jack."
JC: "Hey JM. Need a ride?"
JM: "Indeed I do."
JC: "Okay; no problem."
JM: "In fact, you can help me finish cooking 15 pounds of beans."
JC: "What, did you run out of wood to heat the house?"
There was much laughter from everyone.
